A national leader in sustainable waste & environmental solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Asheboro, NC. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and facilities, ensuring a seamless process for scheduling materials, resolving service issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic position that combines client interaction, scheduling coordination, and cross-department collaboration to support efficient facility operations. - Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally.
- Build positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
- Help clients schedule material into client's facilities.
- Assist clients with approval numbers, for proper handling.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues with the different schedules.
- Resolve issues with facilities for unscheduled loads.
- Help resolve rejected load issues between client and facilities.
- Act as liaison between client and facilities.
- Collaborate internally & provide resolutions to clients effectively.
- Analyze needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives, and provide solutions.
- Respond to client feedback and address service complaints promptly with tier SSM and CSS.
- Contact 3rd party transportation for clients when needed.
- and provide explanations to clients, facilities, and sales proficiently.
- Manage schedules based on facility needs and capabilities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED).
- At least 1 year of facilities scheduling/operations/logistics experience.
- Experience in the waste or recycling industry is preferred.
- Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
