Hours/Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (40 work hours per week)
Compensation:
$20 to $24 per hour
Position Overview:
A national leader in sustainable waste & environmental solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Asheboro, NC. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and facilities, ensuring a seamless process for scheduling materials, resolving service issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic position that combines client interaction, scheduling coordination, and cross-department collaboration to support efficient facility operations. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally.
  • Build positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Help clients schedule material into client's facilities.
  • Assist clients with approval numbers, for proper handling.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues with the different schedules.
  • Resolve issues with facilities for unscheduled loads.
  • Help resolve rejected load issues between client and facilities.
  • Act as liaison between client and facilities.
  • Collaborate internally & provide resolutions to clients effectively.
  • Analyze needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives, and provide solutions.
  • Respond to client feedback and address service complaints promptly with tier SSM and CSS.
  • Contact 3rd party transportation for clients when needed.
  • and provide explanations to clients, facilities, and sales proficiently.
  • Manage schedules based on facility needs and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED).
  • At least 1 year of facilities scheduling/operations/logistics experience.
  • Experience in the waste or recycling industry is preferred.
  • Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
