Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Support the General Manager in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client's record keeping policies Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reportsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Computer proficiency in CMMS systems Demonstrated experience in budget development and managementPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with capital improvement planning and implementation Knowledge of facilities management best practices and innovation programs Experience with contractor management and service delivery oversight Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement systems Understanding of facilities compliance and safety requirements Experience with client relationship management and satisfaction initiatives This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
