They perform a variety of procedures, including regional anesthesia, monitoring post-operative recovery, and managing complex cases like cardiac surgeries (CABG, valves, LVADs) and other specialties such as neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, pediatrics, GI, and general surgery. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, performing airway management, and maintaining patient records. The role involves supervising staff, mentoring trainees, and collaborating with surgical teams. Qualifications include MD or DO, board certification in anesthesiology, 3+ years of experience, and strong regional skills. The schedule offers partnership or W-2 options, with no nights or weekends, and a 1-in-10 call rotation.
