️ Facilities & GSE Manager (Contract) 3-Month Assignment Greensboro, NC
Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced Facilities & Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Manager to support a major operational mobilization project in Greensboro, NC.

What you&8217;ll do:
Support the mobilization of a new facility, working closely with the Head of Operational Mobilization during the transition from the turnkey provider.
Develop a thorough understanding of the site&8217;s infrastructure, utilities, services, warranties, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and provide guidance on legal and operational requirements.
Oversee the subcontracted site security team and ensure effective day-to-day management.
Partner with the Base Operations Manager to develop safe working procedures and risk assessments.
Help establish a safe, compliant, and efficient operational environment from day one.
What we&8217;re looking for:
✔ Post-secondary education in Buildings, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent industry experience.
✔ Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management.
✔ Background in engineering maintenance and/or facilities management.
✔ Experience managing physical security operations and subcontracted service providers.
✔ Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance.
✔ Solid understanding of facilities management systems and manufacturing environments.
✔ Experience with contract management and commercial operations.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Proficiency with standard business software and computer applications.
Preferred qualifications:
⭐ Recognized Health & Safety qualification.
⭐ Environmental qualification (such as IEMA Certificate).
⭐ Sustainability leadership qualification (such as CISL Sustainability).
