Greensboro, NC What's the Job? Manage facility operations and maintenance activities for a multi-use office and laboratory facility. Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of five direct reports, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development. Coordinate facility repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and vendor/contractor services. Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings regarding facility operations, unresolved issues, and performance expectations. Monitor compliance, conduct site inspections, audit KPIs and SLAs, and support budget and capital project management. What's Needed? 8-10 years of Facilities Management, Building Operations, or Property Operations experience. Experience leading teams, supervising staff, and managing daily facility operations. Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, compliance programs, and facility maintenance activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint) and CMMS systems. What's in it for Me? Opportunity to work for a globally recognized facilities management organization.
