Shift:

Responsibilities Ensure all employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Operating Procedures. Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all work safe practices, policies and processes. Oversee multiple site-specific plant operations such as: Fuels Blending, Non-Haz Shredder Operations, E-Waste operations, Liquid Pour-off, Lab packing, Consolidation, Truck offloading/Loading, Proper Warehouse requirements, Inventory/Waste Tracking and Scanning Operations. Ensure proper container routing and management. Work in conjunction with the General Manager on personnel functions including, but not limited to hiring, termination, development, etc. Develop daily production goals for multiple groups and ensure execution. Emphasize productivity, health and safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. Understand and drive Clean Compliance standards. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and by the needs of Clean Harbors business.QUALIFICATIONS
High School or equivalent 3+ years supervisory type experience in Shipping and Receiving Experience managing larger teams preferred Strong leadership skills Ability to streamline and improve processes Must work well under pressure and pivot as needed Excellent communication skills written and verbal Strong documentation and organizational skills Computer literate Proficient MS Office Suite - Word, Excel and Outlook Proven problem solver Excellent organizational skills. Able to review all applicable standard operating procedures (SOP's) annually and score satisfactorily on quizzes. Proficiency in Windows based applications. Knowledge of scanning applications, EOM scanning SOP's, VPI / Pick sheets Proficiency in multiple site-specific plant operations. It is not a desk job on the floor with the guys.
