Job Description

We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to lead the strategic oversight of a multi-location facilities portfolio. This position is responsible for facility maintenance, capital projects, physical security, vendor management, budgeting, invoice administration, and long-term facilities planning. The ideal candidate will ensure all locations operate efficiently while supporting an outstanding employee and customer experience.

$78,000-$131,000 Responsibilities Financial & Budget Management Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, equipment, vehicles, utilities, and occupancy-related expenses. Monitor facility expenditures and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Evaluate bids, proposals, and service agreements to maximize value while maintaining quality and compliance. Identify cost-saving opportunities related to facilities operations, energy usage, vendor contracts, and capital planning. Invoice Processing & Expense Tracking Review, code, approve, and track facility-related invoices to ensure timely payment. Maintain records of expenditures, contracts, warranties, service agreements, and maintenance schedules. Partner with the finance team on budgeting, accruals, expense allocation, and reporting. Prepare reports on facilities spending, project status, vendor performance, and budget variances. Asset & Facilities Management Maintain an inventory of facility assets, furnishings, equipment, vehicles, security systems, and building systems. Track life-cycle replacement schedules and develop long-term capital improvement plans. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Coordinate branch construction and renovation projects with leadership. Manage lease and property administration across multiple locations. Strategic Planning Develop and maintain a multi-year facilities maintenance and capital improvement plan. Recommend facility investments that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, employee productivity, and the overall customer experience. Qualifications Experience managing operating and capital budgets, vendor contracts, and facilities-related financial reporting. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage expenses, invoices, and project budgets. Experience with procurement, contract administration, and accounts payable coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and facilities management, project management, or work-order tracking systems. Experience supporting banking, financial services, or other multi-location commercial facilities is preferred.
