Facilities Assistant (Amherst and Derry locations) Monitor vendors and requirements relative to the facility such as waste removal Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Perform skilled carpentry, painting, remodeling, and refurbishing of interior and exterior spaces Diagnose and perform repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical systems Assist with maintenance of LaBelle Lights Lead/assist in the construction of our yearly LaBelle Lights event Removal and storage of all LaBelle Lights at end of season Perform HVAC filter changes and basic HVAC troubleshooting as required Monitor and replace light bulbs and fixtures, interior and exterior, as needed Maintain and oversee landscape including weeding, feeding, planting, and watering Lead and assist with construction projects as assigned, applying independent judgment to determine best approach and materials Manage plumbing, electrical, and water needs and repairs of the facility Manage and troubleshoot the irrigation system Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs across all facility systems Assist with installation and maintenance of the vineyard Manage snow removal, ice, and snow management on property Event set-up of chairs, tables, and other furnishings under the direction of Hospitality Managers and/or the Director of Event Operations Assist in wine bottling Mentor facilities staff and provide hands-on guidance for less experienced team members Other duties may be assigned
