Job Description

Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles: Dignity and Respect Information Sharing Participation Collaboration The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, they provide support to all staffed departments within the Facilities umbrella, including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Services, Laundry, and Communications. Additionally, they provide administrative & logistical support for all contracted service providers within the Facilities umbrella. Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently. Possess effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize. Possess knowledge of The Joint Commission standards. Ability to work in a team-centered environment. Ability to work in various geographical locations, as deemed necessary in support of the Facilities Department.
