Facility Coordinator New England Facilities Solution Salem, NH Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $90,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Parental leave Employee assistance program Retirement plan Qualifications Environmental compliance CMMS Manufacturing facility experience Productivity software Manufacturing Air conditioning Full Job Description Position Summary The Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with facility operations, maintenance, contractors, vendors, building services, and administrative functions. This position works closely with the Facility Manager, maintenance personnel, production, EHS, security, and outside contractors to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, compliant, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily facility maintenance activities and work requests. Assist with scheduling and coordinating outside contractors and service vendors. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and documentation. Assist with planning and coordinating building repairs, renovations, and capital projects. Assist with coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and building maintenance activities. Assist with obtaining quotes and assist with evaluating vendors and contractors. Track purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and service agreements. Maintain facility records, drawings, equipment documentation, warranties, and inspection records. Assist with coordinating required inspections and testing, including fire protection, emergency systems, elevators, generators, and other building systems. Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable building, fire, environmental, and safety requirements. Assist with coordinating facility access for contractors and service personnel. Support emergency response for facility-related issues. Maintain facility inventory, including maintenance supplies and equipment. Assist with conducting routine facility inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with annual facility budgets and tracking of maintenance expenses. Enter and maintain work orders in the facility maintenance system. Communicate facility issues and project status to management and affected departments. Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, manufacturing, construction, or a related field. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience working with contractors and service vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance/work-order systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance requests. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments. Knowledge of OSHA and general workplace safety practices preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to walk throughout a large manufacturing facility for extended periods. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions associated with manufacturing and facility operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial facility. CMMS experience. Experience managing contractors and service agreements.

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
