Job Description

Job Summary The EVS Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across all JFS locations. This includes ordering and restocking office supplies, ensuring all facilities are clean and well-maintained, and supporting a professional and welcoming environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while responding to facility needs. Key Responsibilities Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all JFS office locations, including workspaces, common areas, and high-traffic areas. As directed assist with managing ordering and distribution of office supplies across all JFS locations, ensuring proper stock levels. Utilize basic computer skills to complete supply orders and maintain records. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff, vendors, and clients. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and scheduled supervision. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure facility needs are met efficiently. Ensure all workspaces remain organized and functional, creating a welcoming environment. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling facility-related tasks. Support staff with logistical needs related to facility setup and cleanliness for meetings and events. Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, paper goods, and essential facility materials. As directed assist with coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and resolve any issues related to orders. Assist in maintaining monthly logs for toy sanitation, elevator testing, and other required facility upkeep. Regularly inspect locations and report any facility maintenance needs to the supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or Associate Degree preferred Minimum two years of experience in custodial services, facilities management, or administrative support Valid NJ Driver's License Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS) is your destination for a fulfilling career in mental health.
