We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our North Brunswick warehouse facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on problem solving. The Facilities Manager will ensure the facility remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained while coordinating preventative maintenance, vendor services, and building repairs. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the warehouse facility and adjacent tenant building. Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for the building and equipment. Perform and coordinate general building repairs, including carpentry, painting, and minor facility improvements. Manage relationships with outside contractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other specialized repairs. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Coordinate emergency repairs and respond quickly to facility-related issues. Maintain the exterior grounds, including seasonal maintenance and snow removal coordination. Track maintenance requests, vendor services, and repair projects. Recommend facility improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and cost savings. Maintain maintenance records and assist with budgeting for repairs and facility improvements. Qualifications 3+ years of facilities management or commercial building maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction. Experience coordinating contractors and outside vendors. Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Comfortable performing light maintenance work when needed. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license preferred.
