Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments, regulatory compliance standards, and Medicare requirements. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and documentation review processes related to patient care. Demonstrated expertise in managing EMR/EHR systems and ensuring accurate medical records documentation. Experience overseeing shift management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced clinical settings.
