Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounts Manager to join our self-storage home office team. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of multiple storage facilities and is responsible for overseeing accounts management, employee coordination, office organization, customer relations, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. This role works closely with ownership, office staff, and facility employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple locations.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Managing accounts and administrative operations for multiple storage facilities Supervising and assisting facility employees with daily tasks and procedures Handling customer concerns and helping resolve account or service issues Maintaining accurate paperwork, records, and office organization Assisting with accounts receivable, collections, and payment tracking Coordinating office communications through phone, email, and other platforms Monitoring facility operations and helping ensure company procedures are followed Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed Supporting company growth through strong organization and teamwork
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership and problem-solving skills Experience with office administration and accounts management preferred Ability to work independently and within a team environment Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Strong computer skills including email, internet, Microsoft Office, and Google platforms
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license Consent to and pass background and reference checks Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent Ability to maintain regular office hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend responsibilities as needed Ability to assist with occasional physical tasks such as office organization, lot checks, or unit cleanouts when needed
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
