Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on IS Facilities Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day maintenance, remediation, and operational readiness of IDF/MDF and LAN rooms . The ideal candidate will have strong experience with low-voltage cabling, physical network infrastructure, power/UPS systems, and IT room maintenance. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with IDF/MDF or LAN/telecom rooms . Experience with Cisco switches and physical network connections . Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling and cable remediation . Experience performing port audits/scrubs . Working knowledge of UPS/power systems and electrical receptacles. Experience with rack layouts/elevations and infrastructure documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work 100% onsite and travel between multiple locations . Must be located in New York . Preferred Healthcare IT infrastructure experience. Experience with Vertiv UPS equipment. ServiceNow experience. Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
