Job Description

Are you an experienced facilities coordinator looking for an amazing company to align yourself with? We have a contract to possible hire opportunity with a well-known organization. Due to a promotion, this role has become available. At this time, the major responsibilities are to manage the mail room, stock/replenish office and kitchen supplies, relieve the Receptionist for breaks and lunches, coordinate and host external facility vendors, and to monitor the beverage machines throughout the facility. You will report to the Facilities Supervisor to help ensure that the facility and surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. Should this position become perm, additional duties will be required. To qualify you should possess the following: Exhibits good communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension of the English language. Project a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude. Ability to interact diplomatically with other staff at all levels. Demonstrated good interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision. Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and works well in a fast-paced environment. Adapts readily to changes in workload, staffing and scheduling Usage postage meter, folder/inserter machine PC literate- accessing Internet, telephone, copier, and printer proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel), Outlook Ability to learn and become proficient with new software, as needed. Strong organizational, coordination and prioritization skills.
Experience:
Facilities experience desired. Office administrative experience. Event planning experience a plus. #BUS1
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
