• What You'll Do
• + Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems + Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs + Support building operations, including lighting, fire safety, boilers, compressors, and power systems + Install and repair plumbing systems, doors, gates, and other building equipment + Respond to maintenance issues and help keep the facility safe and operational
• Requirements
• + 5-7 years of facilities maintenance experience + EPA Universal Certification + Experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments + Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• The pay range for this position is $32.

00 - $35.00/hr.
