Purpose:
The Operation Coordinator for Lease and Facilities will manage lease information, coordinate space and facilities, and assist with build projects.Duties and Responsibilities:
Lease Management:
Follow up on requests from stakeholders for lease information. Field questions from departments regarding lease details. Enter supplier invoice requests for leased buildings. Initiate utilities and services at new buildings/leases. Set up landlords as vendors in Workday. Route leases for signatures. Manage keys to new locations and provide access to locations. Perform basic amortization work. Verify property insurance.Space and Facilities Management:
Support planning and refresh space efforts, including calculating and retaining actual costs to budgets. Verify space utilization information, teach about space related equations, and create reports. Update clinic schedules in Excel or space repository tool. Verify asset lists. Assist in managing vendors for refresh projects and obtaining estimates. Update location database based on submissions/corrections Work with facilities on various project requests and confirm completions. Assist in managing details and requests for OSUP-owned buildings (Stoneridge, Grove City, Gahanna).Build Projects:
Submit purchase orders for projects. Submit e-tickets for projects. Coordinate badges for contractors with HR. Route invoices for payments. Support/document space leader meetings with architects and construction teams. Schedule meetings and site visits/walk-throughs. Work with OSU and vendors on signage and artwork. Other duties or special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Requirements :
High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience utilizing mathematical equations, various technology tools and excel.Preferences:
Associates degree Knowledge of lease equations and termsPay Range:
USD $22.61 - USD $33.92 /Hr.Benefits
