Job description The Facilities Manager assures that the facilities, equipment and vehicles are maintained and repaired as necessary to support the activities of YST in a safe, cost-effective manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver's license At least one (1) year of facilities, building, or grounds maintenance experience. Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, use hand and power tools, and perform basic computer tasks. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lift to up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including climbing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
