Facilities Coordinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $22.04 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Coordinate with contractors to provide bids, contracts, insurance received, and coordinate scheduling of work with contractor, building/home occupants, facility team and housing team Create and coordinate distribution of a variety of notices to occupied homes and buildings Enters check requests into the accounting system for facilities and housing as needed

Facilities Coordinator Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required 2 years' experience working in a professional office environment required Contract management experience preferred Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications required, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to type 60+ wpm Enjoys working in a fast-paced team orientated environment Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
