Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain warehouse and production buildings including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, fire life safety systems, doors, elevators and building envelope . Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work in CMMS. Guide vendors and obtain quotations for maintenance and replacement projects. Conduct inspections, rounds and readings; respond to BAS alarms. Support facilities projects, GMP/GDP compliance, capital planning and operational improvements. Work extended hours as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Identify code, safety, energy efficiency and sustainability compliance gaps. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 5-8 years of facilities mechanic or MEP trade experience required . Biopharma cGMP experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with BAS controls preferred. Strong HVAC, analytical, technical, communication and organizational skills. Ability to read drawings and blueprints. Experience with CMMS, QMS and Microsoft Office. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Certification and/or licensure in one or more trades preferred.
