Full-Time We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hands-on Overnight Facilities & Security Associate to help maintain and monitor our dealership properties during overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained and who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Security & Monitoring Monitor dealership properties during overnight hours. Drive between our dealerships/lot location to routinely check and monitor the properties. Look for unusual activity, security concerns, property damage, or other issues. Report any suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or property issues to management. Ensure doors, gates, and other designated areas are properly secured. Conduct routine property checks throughout the overnight shift. Respond appropriately to property or facility concerns and follow established company procedures. Showroom & Property Upkeep Sweep and mop showroom floors and designated areas. Dust and clean showroom surfaces, furniture, and common areas. Empty trash and maintain a neat and orderly appearance. Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealerships. Perform basic light maintenance and minor repairs when needed. Identify maintenance issues that require additional attention and report them to management.QUALIFICATIONS
Reliable and dependable attendance is essential. Must be comfortable working independently overnight. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel between the dealerships/lot locations during the shift. Strong attention to detail and good observation skills. Ability to perform basic cleaning and light maintenance duties. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move items as needed. Previous experience in security, maintenance, custodial services, facilities, or a similar position is preferred but not required. Must be trustworthy and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
