Job Summary:

We are supporting a great opportunity for a Facilities Technician with a company that values safety, reliability, and well-maintained workspaces. This position plays an important part in helping ensure buildings remain secure, functional, and ready to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed and move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

Required:

High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience required. Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required. Basic ability to work independently and manage time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
