Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator III•Facilities & Vendor Operations to support the management of facilities maintenance programs within a retail environment. This role is responsible for coordinating vendors, monitoring service levels, analyzing operational data, tracking work orders, supporting compliance initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support facility service vendors and trade partners. Review vendor proposals and assist with approvals. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance. Track and report aging work orders and operational metrics. Prepare recurring reports and analyze KPI data. Support compliance activities, audits, and violation tracking. Maintain administrative records and documentation. Assist with mail sorting and operational tracking. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, facilities, property management, or trade-support roles. Minimum 2 years of vendor coordination or vendor management experience. Minimum 2 years of analytical reporting and KPI tracking experience. Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience Experience supporting facilities, property management, or retail maintenance operations. Experience reviewing vendor proposals and conducting vendor performance reviews. Knowledge of compliance tracking, audits, or violation management. Experience with work order management systems. Technical Skills Candidates should have Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables
