Position Overview Are you a sharp, adaptable project manager ready to take the reins on high-stakes facilities and logistics initiatives? G.D. Barri & Associates, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Project Manager II or III specializing in Logistics to oversee operations across key Phoenix locations. In this role, you will bridge strategic planning and hands-on execution—driving supply chain efficiency, managing multi-site facilities operations, and keeping complex projects moving seamlessly on schedule and on budget. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership:

Lead facilities, operations, and logistics projects from initial scope through completion across major Phoenix hubs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Serve as the central point of contact aligning site crews, engineers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to streamline material and resource deployment.

Multi-Site Operational Support:

Maintain active onsite presence (CHQ on Tuesdays, Deer Valley on Thursdays) and conduct local job site visits to verify progress and maintain operational excellence.

Strategic Risk Mitigation:

Anticipate logistics bottlenecks, supply constraints, and workflow delays early, applying proactive solutions to keep operations on target.

Quality & Safety Standards:

Enforce rigorous compliance with safety mandates, quality assurance guidelines, and industry best practices across all facilities.

Minimum Requirements Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of job-related project management experience.

Alternative Experience Path:

In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of college coursework and/or experience as a Project Manager (or in positions defining and managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery) equaling nine (9) years total.

Multi-Project Management:

Proven experience successfully managing multiple small-to-medium size projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Professional Requirements Experience:

3+ years (Project Mgmt II) or 6+ years (Project Mgmt. III) of proven project management experience within facilities, logistics, operations, or technical environments.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on mastery of project scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, and vendor management tools.

Communication & Leadership:

Outstanding ability to present clear status updates to executive leadership while providing actionable direction to ground teams.

Mobility:

Reliable personal transportation for local travel to job sites across the Phoenix metro area.

Preferred Certifications:
