MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Facilities & CapEx Coordinator to support our fast-growing network of express car washes. This role plans and tracks facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and small construction projects across multiple sites. You'll coordinate vendors, obtain bids, and manage purchase orders and capital expenditure budgets. The Coordinator logs work orders, maintains asset and warranty records, and monitors equipment performance to minimize downtime while supporting MOJO's guest-first, energetic, and team-focused culture. Responsibilities Coordinate facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and small Cap Ex projects across multiple car wash locations Manage work orders, schedule vendors, and track completion to minimize downtime Support capital planning by gathering bids, creating purchase orders, and tracking Cap Ex budgets Maintain accurate asset, warranty, and service records using CMMS or similar tools Monitor equipment performance trends and escalate recurring issues Collaborate with operations and site leaders to prioritize maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures Prepare status reports on projects, spending, and facility conditions for leadership Assist in rollout of new equipment, upgrades, and site improvement initiatives Support MOJO's guest-first, team-oriented culture in all facility decisions Required Skills Capital expenditure planning Facility maintenance coordination Vendor management Budget tracking Work order systems (CMMS) Asset management Project coordination Procurement and purchasing Data analysis and reporting MS Excel and Office Suite
