This role ensures uninterrupted operations while supporting client onboarding, service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and overall facility performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and experience managing mission-critical environments such as data centers, telecommunications facilities, or similar infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Infrastructure Management Oversee daily facility operations and critical infrastructure systems Electrical systems HVAC systems UPS systems Generators Fire suppression systems Physical security systems Ensure operational reliability and uptime across facilities Support outside plant infrastructure, including fiber maintenance and patrol activities Maintenance & Reliability Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs Minimize unplanned downtime through proactive maintenance planning Monitor facility performance and equipment reliability Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

Compliance & Safety:
