Facility Contracts General Summary The Assistant Director Facility Contracts serves as a generalist for the Facility Contracts Department and assists in the day-to-day operations and leadership of the Facility Contracts Department. The primary responsibilities are to coordinate the scheduling and setup of events and meetings on campus, assisting with quality control of custodial services, and providing exemplary customer service. Specific Position Duties Assist the College and external communities (Employees, Students, Community Members, Visitors) with room reservations and setup using scheduling software. Assess needs, determine room availability, confirm details, develop and execute contracts, generate invoices and collect fees. Confer with various departments to evaluate the level of service provided by facility contractors. Maintain records of facility rental agreements. Coordinate and follow up regarding reservations and customer experience, which include but not limited to customer satisfaction surveys, compliments and complaints. Train College community in use of facility scheduling software. Maintain inventory of College-provided custodial supplies. Assist in making arrangements for on-campus food and technology services. Maintain a web-based schedule of events and calendar of specific events to ensure current status of space availability. Assist with quality control inspections of housekeeping services, food services, and facility set-ups. Perform general office duties, which include but not limited to, answering calls, filing, use of web based applications, general customer service and office needs. Serves on college campus committees. Provide other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma of GED equivalent. 3 Years of Customer Service related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a variety of individuals from socioeconomic backgrounds.

Hours May Vary Normal Business Hours 8:00-5:30 Monday-Thursday, 8:00-1:00 Friday Summer Hours 7:30-5:30-
