As a Facilities Technician 4 at Moxtek, you will be responsible to maintain and troubleshoot essential facility equipment and systems.
Daily tasks include:
Monitor all buildings and clean rooms, including light bulbs, positive pressure, and ventilation filtration. Fabricate and install all new clean rooms, office remodels, office cubicles, etc. across the campus. Update and maintain all preventative maintenance equipment logs in Limble and use good computer skills including Microsoft Excel. Maintain proper pressure and ventilation in all buildings / clean rooms. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance of all life support equipment and systems. Maintain all company buildings and property. Responsible for all specialized high-tech utilities , e.g., D.I. water systems, high purity HVAC filters, WWT plants and drain systems, liquid N2, CDA, process vacuum, house vacuum, glycol cooling loops, wet scrubber exhaust systems and Purafil exhaust systems. Responsible for all clean room fabrications e.g., poly-pro fabrications, unistrut framing, Dibond sheeting, gasket ceiling grid systems, CR lights, CR wall systems, FFUs and ESD welded flooring systems. Maintaining proper documentation for all areas of responsibility, PMs etc. Ensuring compliance with related codes and standards for safety Perform general construction projects and snow removal. To thrive in the Facilities Technician 4 role at Moxtek, you'll need a strong skill set that includes solid experience in finish carpentry, general commercial construction remodeling, minor plumbing, painting, framing, sheeting, concrete, cleaning, and landscaping on company property. You'll need education in a technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to read write and speak English fluently. You'll need demonstrated computer management and organizational skills. You'll have 10+ years of basic shop tools and equipment experience and 10+ years of safety compliance and training on equipment, lockout/tagout, harness training, etc. Physical Demands include f requent walking, stooping, bending, and lifting 50 lbs. or more.
