ICMS is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Facilities) who oversees planning, budgeting, and execution of office build-out and reconfiguration projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft scopes of work for build-out/reconfiguration projects for the preparation of Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates Oversee planning and execution of build-out/reconfiguration projects, supporting compliance with safety, security, and accessibility standards Support furniture design, delivery, and installation Coordinate with GSA, contractors, and FPS leadership to ensure project timelines, budgets, and requirements are met Support and track budget planning for all occupancies, projects, and services Maintain the projects and services system of record (e.g., ServiceNow)

Requirements:

10 years of demonstrated experience with facilities management in a government or large commercial facility. Active PMP (Project Management Professional) is required. Active

FAC-P/PM

Level II certification within the last 5 years, or equivalent is required. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge with cost estimating and project planning. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Shall be citizens of the U.S. Must have favorably adjudicated background investigations.
