Drive Recovery. Make an Impact. Telecare is seeking a Clinical Director (Licensed) to lead clinical operations at our Olympia Next Steps Program in Olympia, WA. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping clinical practice, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused care for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. This position is fully onsite and requires strong, visible leadership within the program. Expected starting wage range is $103,460.20

• $127,815.

25 salaried. Range ends at $152,170.29. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related field Active Washington State Independent Behavioral Health License (REQUIRED) (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
