Overview; Facilities Account Manager — Premier Corporate Account Advanced Maintenance Solutions has been NE Wisconsin's premier commercial cleaning and janitorial services company since 1992, and we're currently looking for an experienced Facilities Account Manager to lead operations for one of our most important client relationships. This isn't a typical facilities role — you'll be the face of our company at a high-visibility location where presentation, precision, and professionalism are non-negotiable. What You'll Own Account Leadership Full oversight of service quality, scheduling, and day-to-day operations for a premier account Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner with client leadership Represent our company at a standard well above typical service accounts — in appearance, communication, and execution Quality & Safety Conduct regular quality assurance inspections across all serviced areas Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times Lead ongoing training to keep the team performing at an elite level Team Management Supervise and schedule independent contractors and employees Coach, develop, and hold the team to the professional standard this account demands Handle staffing coverage and performance management Administrative Collect and submit payroll information to accounting on a weekly basis Maintain clear, consistent communication across the team and with the client Comfortable with basic software for email and reporting What We Require Minimum 3-5 years in a similar leadership/supervisory role, directly managing staff (employees and/or contractors) Clean background check (required by client — non-negotiable) Outstanding communication skills Reliable, dependable, and highly organized Comfortable with everyday email/office software Professional presentation and demeanor at all times Nice To Have Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, not required Compensation & Benefits $70,000 annually Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Short and long-term disability Life insurance Retirement plan To apply, please submit a current resume, 2-3 recent professional references, a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the position and relevant experience as well as any applicable, professional certifications or training.
