Custodian Position Full Time or Part-Time- Possible opportunity for Facility Manager position

Coulee Christian School is hiring a full-time custodian. We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect the facilities of the Coulee Christian School campus. Will consider part-time employment. This position could lead to a Facilities Manager position for the right candidate. Pay is dependent on experience and training. Coulee Christian School is a private Christian school serving grades 3K-12. Coulee Christian School exists to intentionally and lovingly equip students to live life on the EDGE--Educated, Driven, God-Centered & Engaged. QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the requirements listed below and must be willing to serve the staff and students of the school through their work as they maintain cleanliness of school facility and grounds through routine cleaning and waste disposal.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Sweep floors daily Vacuum all carpeted surfaces weekly Clean all restrooms, common areas, offices and large gathering spaces Dispose of all waste Stock all cleaning supplies Mop floors Duties as assigned

Language Standards:

Must understand spoken English Must speak English fluently Must be able to read and write in

English Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices Attention to detail and conscientiousness Very good physical condition and strength Good communication skills Agreement with our Statement of Faith and a personal relationship with
