Job Summary The Custodial Manager provides leadership and oversight for the College's custodial operations, ensuring a safe, clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for students, employees, and visitors. This position supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the custodial team, promotes high standards of cleanliness and customer service, and supports the College's mission through effective planning, training, and operational excellence. This position has direct supervision over the facilities specialists on the Sheridan Campus, Facilities Specialist's Crew Leads, and Facility Specialist / Maintenance Tech. Education/Qualifications GED, High School Diploma

Participate in snow and ice removal operations by coordinating personnel, supervising response efforts, and working alongside custodial staff to ensure campus sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas remain safe and accessible during winter weather events.
Respond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support as needed.
Assist with custodial duties during periods of increased workload, staffing shortages, or special projects.
