Sort donated items and identify great finds Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill Get those great finds sales floor ready Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently Teamwork Makes The Dream Work Our processing team works together to take great care of items provided by our donors and provide excellent treasures for our customers. Nonexempt Position Overview:

America's Thrift Stores is hiring Processing Team Members for Sorter and Stacker roles. These positions play a key part in preparing donated goods for the sales floor by sorting, organizing, and moving product efficiently. This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by productivity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Sorter Duties:

Sort donated items by category, quality, and store standards Identify sellable vs. non-sellable goods Meet daily production and quality goals Maintain an organized and efficient workstation

Stacker Duties:

Stack, stage, and transport processed items to designated areas Load and move merchandise to support production flow Keep processing areas clear, clean, and safe Assist with moving bins, racks, and materials as needed

General Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to meet production goals Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Support other processing tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

18+ years old Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse-style environment Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with a positive attitude

Warehouse setting with continuous standing, lifting, and movement Fast-paced, production-driven environment

Schedule:
