Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator for our night shift at our Lynn location. Join our dynamic warehouse team. Your expertise in forklift operation, inventory management software, and shipping logistics will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software and data entry systems Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer Maintain organized storage of products ensuring proper stocking and stock rotation Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and updating records in warehouse management systems (WMS) Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and optimize warehouse distribution processes Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and RF scanners in a warehouse environment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, order picking, and load & unload procedures Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external carriers Understanding of shipping logistics.
