Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Forklift Salesman/Service Rep to join our team and drive the growth of our forklift equipment sales and service. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to promote forklift sales and service of equipment, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts and truck mounted forklifts. Demonstrate product features and benefits, emphasizing safety protocols, warehouse management systems, and equipment repair options Assess customer needs related to warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and inventory management Provide expert advice on forklift operation safety standards such as OSHA regulations and manual handling procedures Assist clients with equipment selection based on their warehouse operations, heavy lifting requirements, and materials handling needs Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating delivery schedules for load & unload operations Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or warehouse supervisor roles with extensive knowledge of warehouse operations Hands-on experience operating various material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamp trucks, scissor lifts and etc. Strong understanding of forklift safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards and heavy equipment operation guidelines Previous experience in sales or customer service within the industrial or logistics sector is preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations related to weights, measurements, and inventory counts Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing top-tier forklift solutions that enhance warehouse efficiency!

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
