Role Overview BEPC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support our client's material handling and warehouse operations in Casa Grande, Arizona. This overnight position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused professional with previous experience operating powered industrial equipment.

The Forklift Operator will operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks and lifting equipment to safely load, move, position, and handle materials throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks. Operate equipment powered by gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane systems. Use lifting devices such as forklifts, elevating platforms, or buckets to move and position materials. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility. Follow established safety procedures and operating guidelines. Inspect equipment and work areas to help maintain safe operating conditions. Handle materials efficiently while minimizing damage to products, equipment, and facilities. Support general material-handling and warehouse activities as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of previous relevant experience preferred. Previous experience operating forklifts or similar industrial material-handling equipment. Ability to work the overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM .
