•Position Overview BEPC is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support material handling and warehouse operations in Casa Grande, AZ . This is a hands-on position responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks and moving, loading, and transporting materials throughout the facility. This is a Non-Exempt position , and hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at Time and a Half . Key Responsibilities Safely operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks. Operate forklifts and other equipment equipped with lifting devices, elevating platforms, or buckets. Load, unload, move, and transport materials throughout the facility. Move materials to designated storage, staging, or production areas. Inspect forklift and material-handling equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Follow all established safety procedures and material-handling practices. Maintain an organized and safe work environment. Complete assigned material movement tasks accurately and efficiently. Follow supervisor instructions and established operating procedures. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of previous forklift, industrial truck, warehouse, or material-handling experience. Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts . Ability to safely perform physical warehouse and material-handling duties. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and proper material handling. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule - Rotating 2-2-3 This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30

PM :

Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday | Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday | Work Wednesday & Thursday | Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday The schedule then repeats every two weeks.
