The Role Based out of our Anaheim, CA warehouse, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient shipping and receiving of heavy industrial machinery. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Specialist to execute the daily shipment plan — loading and unloading machines, building crates, and ensuring every machine leaves our dock properly secured, labelled, and CSA-compliant. What You'll Do Load and unload heavy machines including flat deck and overland loads using sit-down counterbalance forklift and reach truck Build and secure crates using basic power tools Execute the daily shipment work sheet provided each morning Verify compliance requirements before every machine ships Ship and receive machines accurately in our ERP system with accurate data entry Prepare bills of lading and shipping documentation Communicate clearly with the team on shipment status and any issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks What We're Looking For Some skills we need you to bring on day one; others we are happy to build on together. Skill What We Need Forklift & Reach Truck Above average — this is the core of the role. Certification required. Power Tools / Basic Woodworking Basic comfort level — we will train you on crating techniques. Computer Skills & Data Entry Basic proficiency required — accuracy matters more than speed. CommunicationStrong verbal and written English — you will be coordinating daily with the team. Valid Driver's LicenseRequired. Attention to DetailEssential — mistakes in this role affect customers directly. Reading Comprehension- Must be able to read and follow work sheets, bills of lading, and shipping instructions accurately.

Independent Work Ethic-You will often work with focus and ownership — self-motivation is key. Working Conditions This is a hands-on, physical role in an open warehouse environment. You will work regular business hours with occasional overtime during peak periods such as open houses and trade shows. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
