Are you an experienced forklift driver looking to join one of the leaders in the fresh produce industry! We're looking for a dependable and motivated Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring overall warehouse efficiency while maintaining a safe and productive environment. The ideal candidate is well seasoned with forklifts and has at least 1 year of Reach Truck experience. Direct Hire Opportunity Full-Time + Overtime Medical, Dental, & Vision plans 401(k) with company match Paid Vacation What You'll Do Manage inventory (receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory) using warehouse management systems and inventory management processes, i.e. FIFO Operate heavy equipment such as Reach Trucks, Forklifts, & EPJ's Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse layout for optimal efficiency Support shipping logistics and production by ensuring timely dispatch of product requested Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during warehouse activities What We're Looking For Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers Valid PIT Class II certification or experience operating Reach Trucks and other Narrow Aisle equipment Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems a plus but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory accuracy Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to accuracy Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external vendors effectively Bilingual Spanish (plus) Ready to join a company that values hard work and teamwork?
