Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM Position Summary Kole Imports & Closeouts is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Carson, CA. This position supports both Receiving and Order Fulfillment operations and is responsible for operating a forklift, handling inventory movements, order picking, replenishment, receiving, and put-away activities. The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment, is comfortable using RF scanners, and can work effectively in both receiving and picking functions as business needs require. Receiving Functions

• Safely operate a forklift to unload and transport incoming shipments.
• Receive and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for damage, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Use RF scanners to accurately receive, track, and put away inventory.
• Move and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Stage inbound products for storage and replenishment. Order Fulfillment Functions
• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Retrieve products from rack locations using a forklift.
• Replenish picking locations from overstock inventory.
• Stage completed orders for shipping and distribution.
• Verify item counts and product accuracy before shipment.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards. General Warehouse Responsibilities
• Operate standard and electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using RF scanning equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Work in receiving, picking, replenishment, or other warehouse functions as operational needs require.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Experience in warehouse receiving, order picking, or inventory management preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and inventory skills. Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment for extended periods.
