Forklift Operator | Chatsworth, CA A growing manufacturing company in Chatsworth is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must have experience operating a sit-down forklift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 🕒

Shift:

6:00 AM

•2:30 PM 2nd Shift 2:30pm

•11:00pm 3rd

Shift:

8:00pm

•4:30am Overtime available on Saturdays Position Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the manufacturing facility. This role is essential to supporting production operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities ? Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently ? Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and shipments from trucks and containers ? Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage during receiving and shipping processes ? Store and stack materials in designated locations according to company procedures Qualifications Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to safety and accuracy Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed #
