About the
Role:
Manufacturing Company is hiring a detail-oriented Stacker to join our production team. This role plays a critical part in transformer manufacturing by aligning, sorting, and stacking precision sheet metal components to prepare them for final assembly and fastening.
Key Responsibilities:
Stack, align, and organize sheet metal laminations and components according to engineering specifications. Verify proper orientation and positioning of parts to support seamless downstream assembly and fastening. Use hand tools safely to adjust, position, or prepare components during the production run. Conduct visual inspections of incoming sheet metal for surface defects, burrs, or dimensional inconsistencies. Maintain quality assurance standards while meeting daily production quotas. Comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and manufacturing safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in sheet metal handling, assembly, or general manufacturing preferred. Proficiency in the safe use of standard manual hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude with acute attention to detail and alignment accuracy. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed production work instructions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and collaborative mindset.
Pay:
From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 - 76.0 per week
