In this role, you will transport packages and materials throughout the facility. This position requires a dedication to safety and careful driving practices. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to maximize efficiency by ensuring that materials and products are always in the right location at the right time. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Forklift Operator and an excellent safety record. Xchange Logistics Corporation is a global freight forwarding company that manages ocean & air import & exports, customs clearance and delivery, and warehouse logistics.
Work Schedule :
Monday- Friday (13:00 - 21:30)
Pay :
$20 / hour
Benefits :
401k, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Responsibilities Unload products from incoming trucks and relocate them to the appropriate places Move pallets and crates from one location to another Monitor products for damages, shortages, or quality control issues and report on those issues Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal operation Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs Adhere to all health and safety regulations, legal guidelines, and company policies Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Forklift Operator is preferred Valid forklift certification Attention to detail Familiarity with and ability to use industrial equipment Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects Excellent hand-eye coordination
