Reach Truck Operator (Bolt Driver) (#274e) On behalf of Next Deavor Rancho Dominguez, CA Job Details Full-time $20.00 - $20.50 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Reach truck Received goods storage Warehouse management system Forklift Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Barcode scanning for logistics Stacking Equipment inspection Safety equipment Material handling equipment operation Handheld computers Order picker Full Job Description Become a Key Player as a Reach Truck Operator (Bolt Driver) You will support inbound put-away and outbound pick operations using a reach truck to keep inventory flowing and orders shipping on time. You will work onsite across defined shifts (1st: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; 2nd: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM with a $0.50/hr differential) with occasional Saturday coverage during peak volume. You will interact with warehouse supervisors, material handlers, and the site's WMS to maintain accuracy and throughput. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate a reach truck for inbound put-away and outbound pick support Place and retrieve pallets in racking at height accurately and without damage Follow WMS direction for location scanning and confirmation Assist with restacking as necessary to maintain orderly storage Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects Work assigned shift reliably and support up to 2 hours of overtime before/after shift as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable, recent reach truck experience (not stand-up counterbalance or sit-down substitution) Comfortable placing loads at full rack height WMS and handheld scanner proficiency Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a written equipment assessment prior to scheduling Must pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Comply with site requirements: wear an orange reflective safety vest for facility entry, enclosed-toe shoes, and carry badge or key fob access at all times Pay Range $20.00 - $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
