In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating stand-up forklifts and other heavy equipment to handle materials, load and unload shipments, and organize inventory within a fast-paced distribution environment. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, safety protocols, and equipment repair will ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to safety and productivity. Responsibilities Minimum 2 years of stand up forklift experience Sit down forklift experience is a plus Must be currently forklift certified Must be dependable and safety conscious Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Experience Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or clamp trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker technology Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting minor issues Prior experience in shipping & receiving, inventory management, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and load calculations Demonstrated understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus but not required #SAN123
