JOB SUMMARY
Ensures production equipment has a continuous stream of materials to process based on production schedule listed in computer. Ensures accurate transfer of materials through the warehouse as well as system scans.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Delivers necessary raw materials to machine based on needs of order being run at that time. Sets-up computer for operator to allow operator to print labels. Delivers finished goods to inventory. Ensures continuous processing of all machines with no down-time due to lack of raw material. Assists in processing materials from Extruder to inventory. Ensures proper rotation of inventory by pulling in FIFO order. Perform proper lock out/tag out procedures on trailers as well as acknowledging receipt of goods. Needs to maintain forklift and lift lead certification in good standing. Notifies supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Airtech International is committed to equal employment opportunity.
