Warehouse Forklift Operator Manteca, CA Warehouse Forklift Operator If you have forklift or warehouse equipment experience and are looking for a steady job with the opportunity to get hired on permanently, this Warehouse Forklift Operator position could be a great next step for you. This is a fast-paced cross dock distribution facility where product is received and shipped to distribution centers across the country. In this role, you will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, help move and stage product, and support shipping and receiving operations that keep the facility running efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers consistent hours, hands-on training, opportunities to learn new equipment, and the chance to get hired on based on performance and attendance. The facility also offers a performance-based incentive where employees may finish work early and still get paid for a full shift.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Duties:

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move product throughout the facility Build pallets and stage product for outbound shipments Load and unload trucks and move pallets to staging lanes Use scanners and overhead lane signage to route product correctly Follow safety procedures and meet productivity standards

1st

Shift:

4:00 AM•12:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

1:00 PM•9:30 PM Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Pay:

$20.00•$21.00 per hour

Warehouse Forklift Operator Requirements:

At least 6 months of forklift or warehouse equipment experience Comfortable working in an active role where you will be moving, lifting, and staying on your feet throughout the shift Basic math and attention to detail Takes pride in being dependable and showing up on time for scheduled shifts Ability to work independently and follow directions Benefits Offered to
