2nd Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment safely, and supporting overall warehouse operations while adhering to company safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate Clamp forklift to move, store, and transport materials safely and accurately. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers while ensuring proper handling of merchandise. Perform daily forklift inspections and routine maintenance checks; report any mechanical issues immediately. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory records. Pick, stage, and organize products for shipping and receiving activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and inventory needs. Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid forklift certification required. Minimum of 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory procedures, and workplace safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work any assigned shift as needed. Working Conditions Warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and dust. Frequent operation of material handling equipment. Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift. Benefits of the Role Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
